We look forward to welcoming you on Saturday 6th February to join us for 2 wonderful days of learning and inspiration.

What you need to know:

*  Arrive at 9.30am on Saturday to 11 Lawnton Street, Daisy Hill 4127
*  Bring your own lunch - not to share because everyone has their own dietary needs.
*  Wear comfortable clothing as we will be practising meditation
*  Bring a sense of curiosity and openness to experiencing something new
