I'm passionate about creating workshops and programs to help you reach your full potential by being as vibrant and alive as possible. I want you to fulfil your potential and create the life you know you deserve.

  This workshop will equip you to:
  • Recognise emotional responses that create drama and disconnect in your relationships and what to do about them
  • Accept another's point of view without invalidating yourself or the other person in the process
  • Create healthy boundaries and expectations in your relationships
